Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing customized training plans tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each dog and owner.
Providing clear and concise instruction to clients, ensuring they understand the training methods and can effectively apply them at home.
Assessing canine behavior, identifying underlying issues, and developing appropriate strategies for addressing behavioral problems such as aggression, anxiety, and separation anxiety.
Maintaining accurate client records and providing regular progress updates.
Creating a safe and positive learning environment for both dogs and their handlers.
Participating in marketing and outreach activities to promote the company's services.
Maintaining a clean and organized training facility.
Working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in canine behavior and training techniques.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a professional dog trainer, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
In-depth knowledge of canine behavior, learning theory, and positive reinforcement training methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine love for dogs.
Physical ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
