Homemade Porky Pup Treats390
If you're like me, you love your dog more than anything in the world. And just like human kids, dogs love treats! But not all treats are created equal. Some treats are full of unhealthy ingredients that can harm your dog's health. That's why I prefer to make my own dog treats at home. I know exactly what's in them, and I can control the quality of the ingredients.
One of my favorite dog treat recipes is for homemade porky pup treats. These treats are made with just three ingredients: ground pork, sweet potato, and eggs. They're easy to make, and they're a great source of protein and nutrients for your dog.
To make homemade porky pup treats, you will need the following ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
1 large sweet potato, peeled and mashed
1 egg
Instructions:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, sweet potato, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
4. Place the treats on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the treats are cooked through.
5. Let the treats cool completely before giving them to your dog.
Your dog will love these homemade porky pup treats! They're a healthy, delicious way to show your dog how much you care.
Here are some additional tips for making homemade porky pup treats:
You can add other ingredients to these treats, such as shredded carrots, apples, or blueberries.
If you don't have any sweet potato on hand, you can use cooked white potato instead.
These treats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Keep in mind that these treats are intended as an occasional snack. They should not be fed to your dog as a replacement for a healthy diet.
I hope you and your dog enjoy these homemade porky pup treats!
